Complete the isolated published installation before starting the protocol deadline, disable dependency lifecycle scripts consistently with package verification, and reuse that installation and cache for update validation.
The published-package verifier imports contracts from dist in the release checkout. Restore the exact qualification run's runtime artifact before publication so those dependencies are available without rebuilding the package.
Remove the blanket caller ID requirement that rejected the standalone mutation workflow. Keep producer bindings where static cache authorization and package verification consume action outputs.
Keep fresh coverage and both real mutation preflights required in every CI tier. Run complete canonical sweeps daily or manually in isolated jobs with distinct reports, retained failure diagnostics, and explicit report-presence checks.
Preserve regression inventories, release qualification and mutation settings; remove the superseded duplicate gate test. Related: #3281.
Correct two independently reproduced CI fixture preconditions: close the real Rizin child's stdin before its readiness frame, and provide scoped Linux loader evidence for the Hopper doctor shell fixture. Preserve original timeouts, rejection checks, path spelling, launch prevention and cleanup.
Current-head CI passed, including both complete reverse-tools mutation passes and 1,273 unique portable test files (14,521 passed, 126 skipped, zero failures). Each issue retains its own branch/commit; the validated integration tree includes the Hopper fix from #3410. That duplicate PR can close after the same code is verified on main.

Consume the same-container inventory lookup before treating a missing package.json projection as absent. Unknown metadata prevents index fallback and unsupported bare-package exports resolution; restored metadata selects its declared main or import/require export.
Validation: owner same-container/restored controls and actual ASAR CLI missing/restored package-manifest workflow. Completes the P1 review finding on #3278 that remained after the earlier missing-companion projection fix.

Centralize canonical system/user and deterministic renamed-bundle path facts. Reuse the installer destination and honor the same local candidates in doctor and runtime; scan renamed bundles only after canonical candidates fail. Preserve explicit path spelling and exclusive selection. Homebrew command probing remains doctor-only with explicit runtime configuration guidance.
Validation: owner, config, setup and doctor tests cover canonical priority and renamed paths; public CLI verifies explicit path preservation without launching Hopper. No real Hopper analysis claimed.

Preserve requested adb reinstall mode as replace_requested and report replaced as null when no prior package-state observation exists. Keep install Success/Failure, raw output and host digest, with an explicit Evidence limitation; add no device queries.

Merge direct same-call nested member facts into symbolic wrapper results using canonical deduplication and ordering. Preserve unknown spread coverage rather than losing known member paths.

IPA projections keep components outside every application root, but
executables required root membership and native_libraries matched only

* fix(artifacts): inventory universal slices REA cannot structurally index
inspect_artifact and extract_artifact rejected a valid universal Mach-O
when one slice was outside the structural index, such as XLD's
big-endian PowerPC slice. The whole inventory failed with "Artifact is
invalid or has changed. Get a fresh copy and try again."
When lipo reports every slice's range, the slices are now inventoried
from those ranges with a limitation naming the unsupported structure,
as the reader already does for files without structural facts. When
lipo omits a range, the failure is reported as unavailable support
rather than a corrupt artifact.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
* fix(artifacts): validate every FAT slice past an unsupported one
readFatSlices returned at the first unsupported slice, so a later
malformed slice went unchecked: with lipo's ranges now inventoried for
unsupported structure, a malformed little-endian slice after a
big-endian one was accepted while the reverse order was rejected.
Unsupported slices are now remembered and the remaining slices are
still validated, so malformed structure wins in either order.
Adds portable fake-lipo coverage for complete ranges, missing ranges
(unavailable) and malformed slices on both sides of a big-endian slice.

* perf(artifacts): run the asset catalog and Interface Builder bundle walks together
inspect_asset_catalog walked the app bundle for Assets.car files and then
walked it again for the Interface Builder graph that supplies resource
keys. The analyses are independent, so start the Interface Builder one
first and let a catalog failure cancel it and win, as the sequential
order did. Keynote 4.20 s -> 2.89 s with identical output.

* test(artifacts): hold asset catalog and Interface Builder work open to pin overlap
Keep the Interface Builder stub pending until catalog inspection starts,
and keep catalog inspection pending while asserting an early Interface
Builder failure has not escaped.
