Update to PVE Kernel Cleaner

- Added ability to detect if running non PVE kernel
- Fixed install issues when installing from non script paths
- Added boot disk space information such as percentage used, free space available 
- Added a boot disk health checker to see if the boot disk has reached to the defined max percentage used
