**Warum?** Slow Queries = Slow App. Indexes machen Queries 10-100x schneller.

||

- Columns die in `WHERE` Clauses verwendet werden
|
||
- Foreign Keys (Supabase erstellt diese automatisch)
|
||
- Columns die in `ORDER BY` oder `JOIN` verwendet werden
|
||
