ci(frontend): Build-Job als Gate im Security-Workflow ergänzen

npm ci + npm run build (tsc -b + vite build) laufen jetzt bei jedem
Push/PR und blockieren bei TS-/Build-Fehlern statt unbemerkt zu brechen.
