Kaoru0822andClaude Opus 5.5 c1e04bf8c0 fix(sqlite): name the selected path in malformed-database errors (#5564) ...

The owned worker inspects only a private snapshot, so its format reason
cannot name the caller's selection. Project path-scoped worker rejections
with the selected database path so distinct malformed inputs report their
own source, matching the documented failure contract.

Fixes #5520
