morluto 7eaa7920a7 fix(process): validate rendered omission causes in saved captures ...

Reject normalization omission counts that exceed unknown-size rendered frames at the shared capture parser. Preserve historical captures without the optional stage counter and expose the same constraint through CLI and MCP diagnostics.
