- internal/migration{acl,audit,...} -> internal/migration/{acl,audit,...}
- Importpfade, Gate-Skripte und zwei relative Migrationspfade angepasst
- keine Logikaenderung; mail-Gates bewusst unveraendert (pfadabhaengig)
