Subject: [PATCH] account: nach der Anmeldung direkt ins Portal, gueltige
 Sitzung ueberspringt das Formular

NEXT_PUBLIC_PORTAL_URL ist das Ziel (ohne Wert wie bisher /profile). Das
Profil bekommt einen Link zum Portal.
