Neuer Tab "Eskalation": Zeitschwellen (Erinnerung/Leitung, Tage) lesen/ändern
über GET/PUT /eskalation/konfiguration, "Jetzt prüfen"-Button stößt denselben
Lauf wie der tägliche systemd-Timer manuell an.
